A small group session with Felix Hoddinott, co founder and Chief Analytics Officer of Quantexa, who co chairs the AI Security workstream and helped build our AI Security Healthcheck tool.

Participants ran the Healthcheck live on their own business, then talked through the results with Felix: where the strong foundations were, where the gaps were, and what a practical action plan looks like. The discussion covered training and awareness, governing shadow AI (the tools staff use without approval), and protecting against AI enabled phishing and impersonation.

The session was as much about improving the tool as using it. The most useful piece of feedback: some questions land differently depending on whether you are assessing a single use case or your whole business, so an early scope setting step is on the improvement list.
