Who we are

AI for Growth is operated by Founders Forum Group, a company registered in England and Wales. Founders Forum Group is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Newsletter and enquiry forms

When you sign up to our newsletter or submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, and organisation. We use this to send you updates you've asked for and to respond to your messages.

We don't sell your data and we don't send it to other members without your explicit approval.

Tools

Signed-in members can use interactive tools on this site, including the AI Security Healthcheck, Strategy Generator, and Reskilling Navigator.

These tools are built or hosted by third-party providers, and your interactions with them, including any information you enter, may be processed by those providers as well as by us. This may include storing a record of your session or conversation to provide the tool's functionality.

The AI Security Healthcheck also collects an anonymous summary of your results to build a free public benchmark. This doesn't include anything that identifies you.

Media

If you upload images to the website or community platform, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) in those files. Visitors may be able to download images and extract any location data contained within them.

Cookies

We use cookies on this website. Some are essential for the site to work. Others help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

When you first visit, you'll be asked to set your cookie preferences. You can update these at any time using the cookie settings tool on the site. Rejecting non-essential cookies won't affect your ability to use the website.

Analytics and session recording

Alongside Google Analytics, we use PostHog to understand how people use the site. If you accept analytics cookies, this includes session recordings that show how visitors move through and interact with pages, and your activity may be linked across visits.

If you reject or haven't yet responded to analytics cookies, we still count visits and basic page interactions using PostHog's cookieless mode. This doesn't set cookies or use any storage on your device, doesn't link your activity across visits, and never includes session recording.

Text you enter into any form field is never recorded, as session recording masks all input values automatically. If you're signed in as a member, your activity is linked to your account by an internal ID rather than your name or email, so recordings and analytics events aren't identifiable by name.

When you create an account or sign in, we record that it happened against your account's internal ID, whatever your cookie choice, so we can count how many people join and return.

When you create an account, we also record how you found us: the website or campaign link that brought you here, and the first page you visited. We keep only the other website's name, never the full address or anything you searched for. This is stored with your account and deleted if you delete it. If you've accepted analytics cookies, we also remember in your browser how you first found us, so we can credit an account you create on a later visit. Choosing “Essential only” removes it.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content, for example videos or tools from partner organisations. Embedded content behaves as if you have visited the third-party website directly.

Those websites may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run AI for Growth. These may process your data on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts and delivers our website
• Attio, our CRM, which stores enquiry and newsletter form submissions
• Circle, which hosts peer-to-peer community discussion and some events for members
• Google Analytics, for website analytics
• PostHog, for website analytics and session recording
• ElevenLabs, which powers the conversational Reskilling Navigator tool
• Netlify, which hosts the AI Security Healthcheck tool
• Replit, which hosts the Strategy Generator tool

All third-party services we use are required to handle your data securely and in line with UK data protection law.

How long we retain your data

We only keep your data for as long as we need it:

• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
• Enquiry form submissions: up to 12 months
• Website analytics data: up to 26 months

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us at aiforgrowth@ff.co.
